Typical Meeting Format:

We use 3 meeting formats - 1/2 day executive meetings, 2-hour lunch meetings, and 3-hour roundtables. The 1/2 day executive meetings include a combination of solo presentations, panel discussions, and rapid fire demos and are finished by 1:30 pm. Lunch meetings usually include a panel, and the roundtables draw discussion from all participants. Meetings are hosted around the Silicon Valley by Telecom Council members and sponsors.
